BOOKINGS – confirmation of a booking will require a 40% of the total daily rate.

The balance of the daily rates should be paid prior to commencement of Safari. Trophy fees and incidental expenses are payable at the conclusion of the Safari. Payments should be made in cash, Travelers or bank certified cheques. All Safaris are quoted in United States dollars, EUROS, or other hard currency. Zimbabwean dollars will not be accepted as means of payment.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions will apply: -

• Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to start Safari – 50% refund

• Cancellation made 0-60 days prior to start Safari – STRICTLY NO REFUND

INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE

• The service of a Government licensed Professional Hunter

• Provision of Trackers, skinners and all ancillary staff

• Use of a 4 wheel drive hunting vehicle

• Full accommodation, food, laundry, soft drinks, liquor (local wines and beer)

• Field preparation of trophies (skinning, salting and transportation to taxidermist )

• Use of First Aid Medical Kit

NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE

• Trophy fees on animals killed, wounded, or lost

• Hire of weapons or purchase of ammunition

• Dipping ,packing and forwarding of trophies to final destination

• Air charters and road transportation between hunting areas and the port of entry.

• Accommodation and hotel charges before and after the Safari

• Staff tips and gratuities

• Medical Air Rescue charges

• 2% Government levy

• leopard and lion bait – as per price list

• Cites Elephant, and Leopard, Cheetah and Crocodile.

• National Parks entry fees

PACKAGE SAFARIS

• A Package Safari may be upgraded to include other species.

• Trophy fees are not refundable on a package Safari

• Package rates include transfer to the hunting area from any designated airport by vehicle

TROPHY HANDLING

• Delivery to local taxidermist – FREE

• Trophy handling charges for export from Zimbabwe are payable by client

• The local taxidermist quotes trophy handling charges

LIABILITY CLAUSE

Any Safari activity is potentially hazardous therefore; it is essential that the lawful direction of the operator be followed. The operating Safaris company accepts no responsibility what so ever for any injury, accident, loss or illness incurred in the course of any Safari or any expenses arising from such injury, illness, or loss. In the event of litigation arising from claims relating to the Safari, for legal purposes, the Domicile Citandi for the hunt operators is the High Court of Zimbabwe.
